Little Bear's Daycare Group is a privately held business providing quality childcare in east London. We currently have three nurseries; two based in central Wanstead (E11); and, a new setting in East Viallage (E20) the former London 2012 Olympic and Paralymic Village. In addition to our nurseries, Little Bear's Club provides wrap-around care for school aged children. In Wanstead we offer a full range of daycare services including Breakfast Clubs, After-school Clubs and Holiday Clubs; and, we have an After-school Club based in the Chobham Academy in East Village.

Shona is the director responsible for operational strategy across the group, working closely with the management teams from each setting. Shona has some 20-years experience in education and childcare both as a qualified teacher and as a Early Years Professional (EYP).  Whilst our qualified and experienced staff members have been chosen because of their experience and enthusiasm for working with children. 

Our mission is to offer a high-end childcare service in all aspects of our business. Our meals are prepared in-house to the highest hygiene standards following the Eat Better, Start Better  and 5-a-day guidelines. Our provision is all-inclusive, including Huggies or Pampers nappies and pull-ups; wipes and creams; formula baby milk; and, of course, main meals, drinks and snacks throughout the day. We have been commended on our Parental Partnership where we develop and foster a close working relationship between parents and staff, with daily dialogue with your child's Key Worker being our primary means of communication.
